We’re excited to have you on board for an exciting summer of education, inspiration and connection. Your contribution to the gymnastics community is invaluable, and we are grateful for your commitment to sharing your experise. This page provides important information and helpful resources to support you as you plan and prepare for your speaking engagements.

Presenter Checklist

Please ensure the following steps are completed by the requested deadlines:

  • Sign and return your Presenter Agreement
  • Create or update your Stampli account to receive payment (see details below)
  • Submit a Headshot Photo for inclusion in the Online Congress Guide
  • Review and submit any edits to the titles and summaries of your lectures*
  • If presenting 3 or more lectures, please notify us whether you plan to drive or fly to the even (see Travel section below)
  • The above documents and information can be emailed to [email protected].

Important Note: One of the most requested items in attendee surveys is clear, concise session summaries. Attendees rely on these descriptions to decide which sessions to attend, and a strong summary not only highlights the value of your lecture but also helps boost attendance and engagement! Please help us reach our goal of providing a summary for every session!

Online Guide and Lecture Schedule

The full lecture schedules for Region 4, Region 5 and Region 7 are now available here at usagymrc.com! (Region 1 and Region 6 will be coming soon!). The online guide and customizable schedule provides a convenient way to review your presentation times and room assignments, discover sessions from fellow presenters you might want to attend, and stay updated on other scheduled Congress activities.

  • To view the complete schedule, select your Regional Congress event and click the Session Schedule buttom.
  • To view a list of your lectures with times and room assignments, use the Presenters link at the top right of the page and click your picture.
  • For the most up-to-date information, presenters are encouraged to regularly check the online schedule, as last-minute room changes may occur.
  • To create and save your personalized schedule, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click the My Schedule icon at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Create a username and password for the usagymrc.com site.
Step 3: Once your login is created, select your event and click the Session Schedule button.
Step 4: Click the stars next to the sessions you’d like to attend to build your personalized schedule, which can be easily viewed on your mobile device.

Event-Specific Information

Click on a Regional Congress for information specific to that event, including venue information, room setup and AV equipment, presenter meal locations and other helpful details.

  • Region 1 – San Jose, California, August 23-24
  • Region 4 – Cedar Rapids, Iowa, June 14-15
  • Region 5 – Columbus, Ohio, June 27-29
  • Region 6 – Warwick, Rhode Island, August 15-17
  • Region 7 – Balitmore, Maryland, July 18-20

Presenter Payments via Stampli

Presenter Payments via Stampli

  • All payments will be issued via Stampli, a new invoicing system which ensures quicker payments, offers direct deposit to your bank account, and allows you to track the status of your payment.
  • If you haven’t already created a Stampli account, you will receive an invitation by email. Click here to view a sample invitation.
  • Please use your emailed link to verify your address, complete a new W-9 form, and add your banking details if you prefer direct deposit. If you choose not to add banking information, a check will be mailed to the address we have on file for you.
  • If you have previously set up your Stampli account, please log in and make sure that your information is up to date.

Please note that your Stampli account must be activated before any payments can be issued, including honorarium payments and any qualifying travel or supply reimbursements.

Travel & Lodging Information for Regional Congress Presenters

Regional Congress Presenters with 1-2 Presentations
Presenters delivering one or two lectures at a Regional Congress are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own lodging and transportation to and from the event.

Regional Congress Presenters with 3 or More Presentations
Regional Congress Presenters delivering three or more lectures will receive round-trip airfare or mileage reimbursement (if driving) to and from the event, and hotel accommodations at the designated host hotel. Click Here to review important details and travel guidelines.
