Having taught multiple releases and skills over the decades and some innovative, I’ll share methods to help your athlete improve their ability to master the fundamentals of uneven bars. From beginner to Elite.
I’ll have examples on how to improve athlete readiness for bar progressions.
I will share examples of how to increase tumbling speed without running clear across the mat. I will use examples of how to tumble using leverage, apposed to running fast. I’ll also give various training drills for tumbling improvement.
