TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, May 31st.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing at membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received before May 17, 2023, will result in a full refund minus a $30 credit card processing fee. Cancellation requests received after May 17, 2023, will result in a partial refund of the registration fee. The refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group), and the lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2023.
