Region 4 & 5 Congress will be held June 19-21, 2026 at the Westin Lombard in Lombard, Illinois. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Early Bird pricing is available through February 10, 2026. Online Registration Only.

Congress Lecture Hours*

• Friday, June 19: 8:30a.m.-5:15p.m. (lunch 12:15-1:45)
• Saturday, June 20: 8:30a.m.-5:15p.m. (lunch 11:45-1:15)
• Sunday, June 21: 8:30a.m.-12:00p.m.
• Lectures are 1 hour long; the last lecture begins at 4:15 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.

The 2026 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Brevet and National Judging Exams will be held in conjunction with Region 4 & 5 Congress on June 20-21, 2026. Judges are not required to register for Congress to attend the study session/mock exam or to complete any portion of the testing process.

• Study Session / Mock Exam: Saturday, June 20 – 6:00–9:00 p.m.
• Practical Exams: Sunday, June 21 – 12:30–5:30 p.m.

Study Materials & Registration Details

• Practical Exam: Registration will open in Early 2026. Note that Practical Exam registration is separate from Congress registration. Cost: $110
• Written Exam: Registration will open in Spring 2026 and includes access to the J501 Study Materials. Written Exams will be available in late May 2026 and will be open for three weeks ONLY. Judges must pass the Written Exam before taking the onsite Practical Exam. Cost: $110
• Code of Points: Digital Code of Points will be available in Spring 2026.  Cost: $80

Congress Registration (Optional):  Congress registration is NOT required to participate in any study session/mock exam or complete practical exam. Judges planning to attend Congress are encouraged to take advantage of Group Registration or Early Bird rates when available. Congress sessions will not conflict with the study sessions or exam times.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

Transfer Policy:  To transfer a registration to another person, please email [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received on or before May 28, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after May 28, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2026.
