Region 6 & 7 Congress will be held July 24-26, 2026 at the Wind Creek Bethlehem in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Pre-Registration is now closed. Onsite registration will be available at any time during Congress registration hours.

  • Member: $270 plus processing fees
  • Non-Member: $300 plus processing fee

Thursday, July 23 – 4:00-9:00 PM in Foundry Ballroom
Join us for an evening of fun and professional development! With an emphasis on safety, individual development, fitness and fun, instructors of recreational gymnasts will learn age-appropriate skills, drills and progressions on all events. Information about lesson planning. class management, warm-ups and games will be provided, along with hands-on spotting practice.

Foundational Gymnastics Boot Camp: For PreTeam, Develpomental and Xcel Gymnastics Coaches
Saturday, July 25 – 6:00-9:00 p.m. in Foundry Ballroom
This energizing, three-hour training is built specifically for PreTeam, Developmental, and Xcel coaches who want clearer progressions, stronger basics, and more confident athletes. Using the “Begin Here Go Anywhere” philosophy, coaches will learn how to teach essential shapes, build smart strength, and connect those fundamentals directly to skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Through live demos, practical drills, hands-on practice, and coach-to-coach teaching, you’ll walk away with consistent language, effective cues, and proven methods you can use immediately in the gym. This boot camp is equal parts instructional and fun—packed with movement, problem-solving, and lightbulb moments that will make teaching beginners simpler, safer, and way more successful. U408: PCA: Supporting Positive Athlete Behavior Through Responsive Coaching
Sunday, July 26, 12:30-2:00p.m. in Monroe
Presented by Positive Coaching Alliance, this FREE workshop gives coaches practical strategies to handle challenging behaviors, strengthen team culture, and create practices where athletes can thrive. Instead of viewing disruptions or lack of focus as simple attitude problems, coaches will learn how behavior can be a form of communication – and how to respond in ways that build connection, accountability, and growth. Participants will leave with tools to manage tough moments with clarity and consistency, design more engaging and inclusive practices, and foster stronger relationships that lead to better athlete engagement and long-term team success.

2026 WAG Brevet & National Judges Study Session/Mock Exam and Testing

The 2026 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Brevet and National Judging Exams will be held in conjunction with Region 6 & 7 Congress on July 25-26, 2026. Judges are not required to register for Congress to attend the study session/mock exam or to complete any portion of the testing process.

  • Location: Wind Creek Bethlehem 77 Wind Creek Boulevard, Bethlehem, PA 18015
  • Study Session / Mock Exam: Saturday, July 25 – 6:00–9:00 p.m
  • Practical Exams: Sunday, July 26 – 12:30-5:30 p.m.

Study Materials & Registration Details

  • Practical Exam: Registration will open in Early 2026. Note that Practical Exam registration is separate from Congress registration. Cost: $110
  • Written Exam: Registration will open in Spring 2026 and includes access to the J501 Study Materials. Written Exams will be available in late May 2026 and will be open for three weeks ONLY. Judges must pass the Written Exam before taking the onsite Practical Exam. Cost: $110
  • Code of Points: Digital Code of Points will be available in Spring 2026.  Cost: $80

Congress Registration (Optional):  Congress registration is NOT required to participate in any study session/mock exam or complete practical exam. Judges planning to attend Congress are encouraged to take advantage of Group Registration or Early Bird rates when available. Congress sessions will not conflict with the study sessions or exam times.

Registration/Cancellation/Transfer Policies

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

Tranfer Policy:  To transfer a registration to another person, please email [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received on or before July 9, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after July 9, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after September 1, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
