Region 2 Congress

Region 2 Congress will be held July 11-12, 2026 at Emerald City Gymnastics in Redmond, Washington. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Early Bird pricing is available through March 10, 2026. Online Registration Only.

  • March 11 – June 25, 2026 pricing – $240

Congress Registration Hours*

• Friday, July 10:  5:30-8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, July 11:  7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, July 12:  8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Congress Lecture Hours*

• Saturday, July 11: 8:15a.m.-4:45p.m. (lunch 11:45-1:15)
• Sunday, July 12: 8:15a.m.-4:45p.m. (lunch 11:45-1:15)
• Lectures are 1 hour long, and the last lecture begins at 3:45 p.m.

USA Gymnastics has partnered with JT Travel to help attendees reserve hotel accommodations for the 2026 USA Gymnastics Region 2 Congress.
Information will be available on December 1.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

Transfer Policy:  To transfer a registration to another person, please email [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received on or before June 25, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after June 25, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
