Region 3 Congress will be held June 13-14, 2026 at Peak Athletics in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Early Bird pricing is available through February 10, 2026. Online Registration Only.

Congress Registration Hours*

• Friday, June 12:  5:30-8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, June 13:  7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, June 14:  8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Congress Lecture Hours*

• Saturday, June 13: 8:15a.m.-4:45p.m. (lunch 11:45-1:15)
• Sunday, June 14: 8:15a.m.-4:45p.m. (lunch 11:45-1:15)
• Lectures are 1 hour long, and the last lecture begins at 3:45 p.m.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

Transfer Policy:  To transfer a registration to another person, please email [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Thursday, May 21, 2026.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received on or before May 21, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after May 21, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
