Member: $215, plus processing fees
Non-Member: $230, plus processing fee

Congress Registration Hours:

• Friday, May 31: 5:30-8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, June 2: 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, June 3: 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Congress Lecture Hours:

• Saturday and Sunday: 8:15 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Lectures are 1 hour long, and the last lecture starts at 3:30 p.m. 
• Lunch: 11:45 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.

Women’s Level 8/9/10 Judging Exams
Saturday, June 1 – 4:45-6:30p.m.
WAG Judges’ Level 8/9/10 Practical exams will be offered on Saturday, June 1, start time 4:45p.m.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. EST on Friday, May 17, 2024.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received before May 17, 2024, will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after May 17, 2024, will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. The refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group), and the lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2024.

PLEASE NOTE: registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
