Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be minimum of 16 years old. 16-17 year olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (whether or not they also hold an Athlete membership).
Transfer Policy: To transfer a registration to another person, please email [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Friday, May 30, 2025.
Cancellation/Refund Policies: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received prior to May 30, 2025 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after May 30, 2025 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
