Region 7 Congress Registration Information

Pre-Registration has now closed.  Onsite registration will be available at any time during Congress registration hours.

Onsite Registration Fees:
Member: $240, plus processing fees
Non-Member: $270, plus processing fee

Congress Registration Hours:

  • Thursday, July 11: 5:30-8:30 p.m.
  • Friday, July 12: 7:15 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 13: 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, July 14: 8:00 a.m.-10:00a.m.

Congress Lecture Hours:

  • Friday and Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:30- 12:00 p.m.
    • Lectures are 1 hour long; the last lecture starts at 3:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. 
  • Lunch: 12:15- 1:30 p.m.

Women’s Level 8/9/10 Judging Exams

WAG Judges’ Level 8/9/10 Practical exams will be offered on Sunday, July 14, start time 12:15p.m.

Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. EST on Friday, June 21, 2024.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received before June 21, 2024, will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after June 21, 2024, will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. The refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group), and the lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2024.

PLEASE NOTE: registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
