Region 7 Congress will be held July 18-20, 2025 at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. Pre-Registration has now closed. Onsite registration will be available at any time during Congress registration hours.

Onsite Registration Fees:

  • Member:$270 plus processing fees
    Non-Member: $300 plus processing fee

Congress Registration Hours:

  • Thursday, July 17: 5:30-8:30 p.m.
  • Friday, July 18: 7:15 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 19: 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, July 20: 8:00 a.m.-10:00a.m.

Congress Lecture Hours:

  • Friday and Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m. (Lunch: 12:15-1:45 p.m.)
  • Sunday: 8:30- 12:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Hours:

  • Friday and Saturday: 8:00 a.m.-5:15 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

U407: Positive Coaching Alliance: Developing Competitors and Mental Wellness Through Positive Coaching
Friday, July 18 – 5:30-7:00 p.m. in Johnson AB
Presented by the Positive Coaching Alliance, this FREE workshop gives coaches hands-on tools they can immediately use to create a positive sports culture with their team. Now more than ever, teen mental wellness needs our focus. Mental wellness affects how we think, feel, and act and determines how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. A positive sports experience, where athletes develop and build connections in an environment that is high on both challenge and support, can contribute to athlete mental wellness.
This course is FREE to congress registrants, but space is limited and pre-registration is required. Click here to reserve your spot! 

Women’s Level 7/8/9/10 Judging Exams
Friday, July 18 – 5:30-7:30p.m.
WAG Judges’ Level 7/8/9/10 Practical Exams will be offered on Friday, July 18, start time 5:30p.m.

Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

Transfer Policy: To transfer a registration to another person, please email [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Monday, July 7, 2025.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received prior to July 7, 2025 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after July 7, 2025 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
