Fear is a common struggle for gymnasts, whether it’s fear of failing, fear of injury, or fear of performing under pressure. This session will equip coaches with tools to help gymnasts understand and manage their fears, ultimately turning those fears into motivation for growth. Coaches will learn techniques for building trust, helping gymnasts reframe their thoughts, and providing the right balance of encouragement and challenge to ease anxiety.
