We’re going to talk about how to lead a diverse staff, with lots of teenagers, because that is our reality. And how to manage time when you don’t have time to manage time. Also our reality. And as we are sorting the Lost and Found, how to determine what deserves our focus – and what does not. Most of all, how to be impactful leaders. We have a tremendous opportunity to make a difference in the lives of so many people. Join us as we talk about how.

This discussion will start with some interesting and some unsettling facts and statistics about retention. It’s part fun, and part shock therapy. Once we are all reeling, we will focus on FIXES.
